July 16, 1935 –  July 6, 2016 Mr. Billy Ray Moore of Bells, passed away at McKinney Medical Center on July 6, 2016. Funeral services are set for 2:00 P.M., Monday, July 11, 2016 at Kentuckytown Baptist Church with the Reverends Greg Allen, Harry Long and Ricky Hargraves officiating. Burial will be at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. Those serving as Pallbearers are Allen Love, Grady Boren, Bryson Moore, Dylan Moore, Johnny Taylor and Chip Burk.
Billy was a hard worker all his life and enjoyed numerous jobs. He raised cattle and hauled hay, he drove trucks for Ryder Logistics delivering the Dallas Morning News and worked for 30 years in the Maintenance Department of Texas Instruments. Billy served his country in the United States Army, he graduated from Plano High School with the class of 1955 with only 18 members in the class. He enjoyed serving his community, especially the youth. He was very involved with the Plano FFA, and served as President and Vice President of the Collin County Junior Livestock Association.

Mr. Moore is survived by his loving family; wife, Barbara Moore of Bells; son and his wife, Kyle and Lisa Moore of Bells; grandsons, Bryson and Dylan Moore; special nephew, Caleb Crosswhite and his mother Pat Crosswhite, as well as numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his son, Kerlyn Moore.

The family will visit with friends from 3-5 P.M., Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Kentuckytown Baptist Church.
