June 16, 1932 –  February 25, 2015 BELLS – Billy Vernon Neal, born June 16, 1932, at 82 years of age went to meet his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 25, 2015 while at home.
He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church where he also served as deacon. He served 2 years in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. He was honorably discharged with rank of Staff Sergeant and passed away as a disabled veteran.

Billy is survived by his wife Billie Jean Neal. They were married June 9, 1951 in Savoy, Texas. He is also survived by his son, Billy V. Neal Jr. and wife Melissa, and son Bruce W. Neal and wife Pamela, all of Bells; grandchildren: ZaKare, Mattheu, Trey and wife Shelby, Sarah and husband Dusty, Adahm and fiancée MiKaela; great grandchildren: MacKenzie, Tripp, Tagg and NiKolas; two sisters, Maxine Pearce and Aline Anderson along with many nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents Tim and Lockie (Harp) Neal, sisters, Jean McKinney and Christene Neal, and a brother, Wilburn (Buck) Neal.

He established the 4B Ranch in 1966 and Neal Plating Co. in 1972.

He enjoyed ranching and spending time with his family and friends until the Lord called him home.

Funeral services are set for 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Antioch Baptist Church in the Pink Hill Community. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Bells.

Pallbearers will be grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be deacons and trustees of Antioch Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be given to either Antioch Baptist Church or First Baptist in Bells.

The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 P.M., Friday, at the Bells First Baptist Church.
