Carolyn Reilly Livingston was born June 13, 1952 to Philip and Faye Kersh in Jackson, Mississippi. She was raised in Memphis, Tennessee and attended Memphis State University.

She married Larry Livingston on February 24, 1997 in Rockwall, Texas. They owned and operated Air Max Heating and Air Conditioning company in the Metroplex. Carolyn was the face of the company and insured the business ran smoothly with her wonderful organizational skills. She continued to run Air Max a number of years after her husband’s death. Prior to her marriage, she served many years in banking.

Carolyn was a loving and caring person. She moved her mother to Texas in order to care for her, creating a three-room addition to her home, affording her mother privacy and closeness.

She was a pet lover, always having at least a dog and a cat. Carolyn was a strong, courageous lady who faced considerable health issues with determination. She was a gardener, enjoying the beauty of flowers. She made many friends throughout the years and will be dearly missed.

Carolyn is survived by her step-son Eric William Livingston and wife Margaret of Seattle, Washington; cousin Jo Ann Hill of East Alton, Illinois and numerous other cousins and friends.

A memorial graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2019 at New Hope Cemetery in Sunnyvale, Texas. Inurnment will follow at New Hope Cemetery.
