November 26, 1957 –  October 27, 2014 My sweet courageous sister went to be with her Lord, Monday October 27, 2014. Cindy was born November 26, 1957 in Fort Worth, Texas to Wallace and Betty Kuykendall Carr.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 in Elm Grove Cemetery in Westminster, Texas. Reverend Bill Neal, Jr. will officiate.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father Wallace Carr.

She is survived by her mother Betty Carr, sister Cathy Carr Waldrip and her husband Randy, nephew Michael Waldrip and his wife Emily and their daughter Emma, niece Sara Jenkins and her husband Brad and their children Grace and John and many other loving family and friends.

Cindy’s 18-year career at the Sherman Police Department was filled with many years of dedication, professional accomplishments and co-workers who became extended family. On October 22, 2014 Cindy received the Supervisor of the Year for Texoma Regional 911. Cindy graduated from Bells High School in 1976 and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Bells.

Cindy’s family wishes to thank the Sherman Police Department, her dispatch family and every member of the Sherman Police Association for their outpouring of love and support. She loves each and every one of you so dearly. Thank you to Texas Oncology for excellent care and the staff at Carrus Hospital who provided such compassionate car for Cindy and her family and friends and her friends who were by her side day and night.

Cindy’s family will receive friends from 6:00PM until 8:00PM on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Mullican-Little Funeral Home in Bells/Savoy, Texas.
