Kenneth Joy Lynn was born August 14,1932 to Haskel Oklahoma and Edna Moore Lynn in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Dad went home to be with the Lord on December 11, 2020. He accepted Jesus as his personal Savior and was saved by the grace of God. He was truck driver and horse trader. Dad married Regina White and they had seven kids and were married 26 years.  He married Peggy Sue Adams on November 21, 1978 in La Grange, Georgia.

He loved stock car racing and NASCAR. He enjoyed going to Grayson County speedway. He also enjoyed going to Choctaw Casino. Dad loved to joke and play pranks, that was the fun side of him. He was one of a kind; he was very loved, funny, loved his head scratched by most of his grandkids and especially his youngest daughter Dixie – that was her job.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Haskel and Edna Lynn; wife, Peggy Sue, son, Kenny Lynn and stepson James Adams; sisters, Bonnie Lee Moody, Georgie Daniels and brother, Joe Ray Lynn.

He is survived by his sister, Corinne and Jack Brian of Sherman; daughters, Bonnie Lazenby of Sadler, Connie and Smokey Sutton of Prague, Oklahoma, Dawne and Jim Forrest of Platter, Oklahoma, Kim and Jeff Black of Wylie, Stormy Aymelek of Dallas, Dixie and Gene Hoopes of Fort Worth, Regina and Dennis Troutz of Wolfe City.
Grandchildren, April Wright, Trey and Amy Wright all of Whitesboro, Stormy and Christian Santi of Austin, Frank Newingham of Kansas, Ashton Sutton of Prague, Oklahoma, Spring Barrett, Misty Raines, Somer and Kevin Kirby all of Sherman, Bradley Wortham and Cryssa of Little Elm, Dustin and Melody Black, Cody Black all of Wylie, Kyle Lynn, Melissa and Reagan Milne, Danielle and Daniel Castillo all of Fort Worth, Tayyar and Sarah Aymelek, Alexandria and Eric Chavez all of Dallas, Autumn Aymelek, and Ricky Torres of Mesquite, August Aymelek of Princeton, Chris Baum, Brittany and Austin Hufferd, Savannah Baum all of Fort Worth, sister-in-law; Rosetta Lawson and husband Dean. A special thanks to Trey and Amy Wright and their daughters, Katelind and Hop’a’long’ Cassidy Wright for being angels on earth and taking such great care of dad. Special thank you to Dawne and Connie for taking daddy to do things that he enjoyed most.
