October 28, 1925 –  September 5, 2005 Don was a graduate of Bells High School and lived on his farm that has been in his family for over 100 years. He retired from Brookside Division of Safeway, prior to that he was a heavy construction operator and owned and operated the Gulf Filling in Bells. He raised cattle and grew hay on the farm. He served in WW II and was a member of the Virginia Point Methodist Church.
