Maxwell Jay Waller was born on July 18, 1959 at McKinney, Texas to Melvin Jay Waller and Betty Louise Hammack Waller. He passed away July 9, 2018 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas.
He was a life-long plumber. He was loved being outside and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his son, Jason Waller; brothers, Melvin Waller of Sherman, and Clifford Waller (Jill) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; sisters, Melba Jean Walston (Steve) of Sherman, Marsha Waller of Sherman, Melinda Summers (Philip) of Melissa, Annette Boatwright (Bill) of Canyon Lake; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Betty Waller.

Graveside Service will be held on 10AM Friday, July 13, 2018. Brother Donnie Neill will officiate. Interment will be at Elm Grove Cemetery, Westminster, Texas.
A visitation will be held from 6-8PM, Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Mullican-Little Funeral Chapel, Bells, Texas.
