Michael Paul Hale passed away peacefully in Denison, Texas on October 18, 2020. Michael was born to James C. Hale and Silven P. Reynolds on June 26, 1946 in Denison, Texas.

Michael was a car fanatic, he thoroughly enjoyed attending the drag races. He was a avid rock and roll fan. The louder the better! He had broad musical tastes such as classical, jazz, and really loved classic country songs.

Michael had treasured memories of squirrel hunting with his Dad. He loved spending time with his grandparents at their house. He loved Mexican food and was a regular customer at Monterey House and Jalapeno Tree, so much so, that the waiters knew his standard order before he was seated.

He loved his family, love to give his grandchildren a hard time with funny nicknames.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, James and Silven Hale; brother, Larry Hale; sister, Vickie Hamilton; grandparents, John and Bessie Hale, Runa and Julia Reynolds.

He is survived by his sons, Michael Rodney Hale and wife Roxanne, Bryan Paul Hale and wife Isila all of Savoy, Texas; grandchildren, Trever Hale of Savoy, Texas, Sara Hale of Denison, Texas, David Hale of Savoy, Texas, Charles Guthrie III of Keene, Texas, Kynsingten Guthrie of Savoy, Texas, Christopher Guthrie of Savoy, Texas; mother of children, Patsy Sweet Winkler of Savoy, Texas; sisters, Carol Doucett of Frost, Texas, and Pamela Langhorst and husband Clark of Duncanville, Texas.
