Peggy Lee Walt, 62-year-old Bells resident, passed away at her home on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.  Peggy was born in Dallas, Texas on September 26, 1955 to parents, T. L. Walt and Yolonda (Milliken) Walt.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Yolonda; stepmother, Pat Walt & step brother, Johnny Rogers. 
Peggy attended Bells United Methodist Church.  She graduated from Grayson County College Nursing School in 1984 and retired as an LVN after working at Mullican Care Center in Savoy for over 30 years.  After retirement, she continued to assist members of her community at the Bells/Savoy Community Care Center.
 
Peggy is survived by her father, T.L. Walt of Bells; son, Joshua Poormohammadi and his wife Amanda of Whitewright; daughter, Loni Frailicks of Bells; brother, Lee Walt and wife Lisa of Tom Bean; sister, Sherry Fallon of Sherman; step-sister, Becky Conkright & husband Chuck; and two grandchildren, Jeremy and Jaxon Cheeks.
 
Funeral services for Peggy are set for 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 19, 2017 at the Mullican-Little Chapel in Bells, with Reverend Wally Butts and Reverend Earnest Walt officiating.  Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery in Bells.  Those serving, as Pallbearers are Jaxon Cheeks, Joshua Poormohammadi, David Willis, Jared Doyle, Mike Lansford, Sean Smith and Tom Reynolds.

The family will greet friends from 6-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 18, 2018 at the Mullican-Little Funeral Home.
