Peggy Sue Adams Lynn was born on October 3, 1940 in Randolph County, Alabama to Archie Monroe Adams and Lillian Lucille Halsey Adams. She married Kenneth Joy Lynn on November 21, 1978 in LaGrange, Georgia. She passed away at her home in Whitesboro, Texas on May 9, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was 77 years of age.
She was a long time employee of WalMart. She was a long time member of Hebron Baptist Church, Bells, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Lillian Halsey Adams; sister, Martha Adams Bright; sons, James Monroe Adams, Ronald and Donald Adams and Kenny Lynn; nephew, Rickey Seymour.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Joy Lynn; sister and brother-in-law, Rosetta and Dean Lawson; brother, Archie Adams, Jr.; daughters, Regina and Dennis Troutz, Bonnie Lazenby, Connie and Smokey Sutton, Dawne Arnold Lynn and Jim Forrest; Kim and Jeff Black, Stormy Aymelek, Dixie and Gene Hoopes; daughter-in-law, Cathy Adams; grandchildren, Naomi and Andrew Griggs, Abigail, Garret, Leah and Samuel Troutz, Rebecca and Hunter Adams, great-grandchildren, Carter Adams, Lauren, Jesse, and Zane Griggs; and many, many more grandchildren and great-grandchildren; special grandson and granddaughter, Trey and Amy Wright; precious great-granddaughter, Kassidy Wright; special nieces, Susan and Charles Maddox; Denna Muncy, Monica King; special nephews, Jerry Seymour, Johnny and Darlene Seymour and Paul Seymour; special sister and friend by love, Linda Adams.

A special thank you to the Hospice Plus family that took such good care of me. The love and compassion they have shown to me and my family goes beyond words. All of these care givers made me feel so loved and was there for me anytime I needed them, Ms. Anita, Ms. Shanna, Ms. Jill, Ms. Katie, Ms Leeza, Mr. Dean and the Chaplin; the delivery RX people and Meals on Wheels. God provides special people to do special things for others and he must have chosen these special ones for me. Dawne, Bonnie, Connie and Kim. I would not have survived as long as I did without your love and support. I and my family love you all tremendously.

Funeral Services will be held 11AM Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Hebron Baptist Church, Bells, Texas. Rev. Russell Clemons and Sister Charlene Johnson will officiate. Interment will follow at Hebron Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Trey Wright, Brad Wortham, Dusty Black, Cody Black, Pasa Aymelek, Garret Troutz, Samuel Troutz.

The family will receive friends for a visitation on Friday, May 11, 2018 from 6 to 8PM at Mullican-Little Chapel, Bells, Texas.
