May 31, 1952 –  July 8, 2016 Rex Lee Morgan, Sr. passed away on July 8, 2016 at his residence in Savoy, Texas. He was born May 31, 1952 in Paragould, Arkansas. He graduated from Standford High School and then served in the United States Army. After serving his country, he went to work at Texas Instruments and then Raytheon in McKinney. Rex was a family man who always worked hard to provide for his family. He enjoyed being outdoors, riding horses with his wife and family, camping and visiting his family in Arkansas and he enjoyed a good western movie now and then. Beavers Bend was a favorite family summer vacation spot, and a place to connect with his family.
Rex is survived by his wife of 31 years, Paula Morgan of Savoy; daughter Suzette Morgan of Sherman; daughter Heather Odom and husband William of Arizona; son Rex Lee Morgan Jr. and wife Amy of Gainesville; brother Glen Morgan and wife Romana of Arkansas; sister Genevieve Pillow and husband Jim of Arkansas; sister Wilma Rousch of Arkansas; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews; nine grandchildren and one great grandson. His parents, Russ and Glenna Morgan, sisters Corena Mick and Wanda Peters; and a niece and nephew preceded him in death.

A visitation and viewing for Rex Morgan will be held from 6-8:00 P.M. July 15, 2016 at Mullican-Little Funeral Home in Bells/Savoy.
