My Dear Sister, Nephews and Family,
My heart hurts for each of you. Words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. Russell was the epitome of a godly husband, father, grandfather and brother-in-law. His vast skill sets made him and intriguing person, and his ability to sing was totally amazing. One of my favorite memories is of you, Cindy, playing the piano and hearing Russell sings. My prayers continue for each of you, that you are enrobed in God’s peace, comfort and strength. I love you all.
Cindy, I have added you and yours to my prayer list. I always considered Russell as a friend and I missed both of you when we parted. We will see him again but we are left with the melancholy grandeur that comes with death.
I have always loved your family. I have such wonderful memories of you in school and the times we had. I am so sorry for you loosing your husband and Best friend. He is in Heaven and whole again, waiting on his family! What a promise ????????????????♥️♥️

Cindy, I was so shocked about hearing about my dear friend and buddy Russell. Russell was a dear friend to me since I meet him while working at the V.A.in Bonham in 1973, that friendship has gone on. Kay and I hurt with you and our prayers go out to you and the family Sorry we could not be there, to celebrate his life with you, we did come and sign the book before we left town. Bob & Kay Tidwell
