Bobby Joe Gilmore

Bobby Joe Gilmore passed away on June 7, 2025 in Whitewright, Texas at the age of 54. He was born on September 12, 1970, to Ronnie L. Gilmore and Joyce M. (Honea) in McKinney, Texas. He married Dora (Hankey) Gilmore on July 20, 1991 in Mckinney. Bobby enjoyed riding horses, he loved everything western. He was a hard-working man with a heart of gold, but above everything he loved his family the most. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Bobby loved fishing and talking on the CB radio. But above all he always loved playing catch and kick ball with his children. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronnie and Joyce Gilmore; sister, Theresa Gilmore; grandson, Jayden Gilmore; mother-in-law, Pat Hankey. He is survived by his wife, Dora Gilmore; daughters, Angel Gilmore, Tammie Gilmore and husband Brandon, Christi Jordan, Brandi Lindsey and husband Levi; son, Justin Gilmore and wife Cherish; grandchildren, Bentley, Khole, Ava, Xander, Braxton, Alijah, Delilah, Nevaeh; father in law, Louie Hankey; sister in laws, Brenda Farley and husband Brad, Melissa Light and husband Joe, Charlotte McMichael and husband John; brother, Ronnie Gilmore and wife Misty.
