Sheila Kay Horn
December 21, 1953 - January 9, 2006 Sheila was a member of the First Baptist Church in Savoy, Texas. She served on the Park & Beautification Committee in Savoy and was the Special Ed Aide and cheerleading sponsor in Bells and Savoy Schools. Sheila was active in ranching and loved working with children, and she previoulsy worked as a county clerk in Oregon City, Oregon.
