Milton J. Pugh
January 6, 1924 - October 2, 2006 Milton retired from the Civil Service at Perrin Air Force Base in 1972 after 26 years of service. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during WW II being discharge as a Master Sargent. He loved ranching and spending time with his family. He was instrumental in getting the Caney Creek Flood Control Lake into development.
