Jewel Kenneth Parker
February 20, 1918 - January 17, 2007 Mr. Parker was retired from the Lower Colorado River Authority in San Marcos where he served as Manager since 1956 and retired in 1981. He and Earline moved back to Bells where they were members of the Antioch Baptist Church where Jewel served as a deacon. He was also a member of the Bells Masonic Lodge #798. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during WW II.
