Nancy Jane Baggett

January 5, 1942 -  October 14, 2011 Nancy was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer this past May. She immediately moved from Lawton, OK to Savoy, TX to be with her daughter during treatment. She fought with everything she had and finally prayed for her Savior to come. Two weeks later, the Lord called her home. Her courage, strength and strong faith in God was a witness to others and she impacted numerous lives during her short stay in Savoy, Texas. Nancy worked many years in the hotel and dry cleaning business and was forced to retire when she became ill this year. She loved to read, do puzzles and cook. Most weekends she would prepare a big meal and take several plates to her special friends, co-workers and those she knew had very little because they absolutely loved her cooking.
