March 8, 1936 –  December 19, 2012 Woody Jones, 76, passed away at the V.A. Medical Center in Bonham on Wednesday, December 19, 2012.He was born March 8, 1936 in Bonham, Texas to parents, Bluford Jones and Mary Murray Jones. He was retired from the U.S. Army where he served in Korea and Vietnam. He also served as a police officer for the town of Fulton, Texas.
Woody is survived by his son, Cody Jones & wife Mitzi of Ravenna; son, Robert Jones & wife Nancy of Tampa, Florida; son, Frank W. Jones, Jr. of Nevada; daughter, Tonya Jones; brother, Calvin Jones of Lewisville, Texas; sister, Betty Jones of Ft. Myers, Florida; and 11 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 P.M. on Friday, December 21. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 22 at the funeral home.
