The best mother ever.
One of the sweetest christian ladies a person could ever meet, plus my wonderful mother in law.
Heaven has gained a priceless treasure! Our earthly loss, though saddened, is comforted by sweet memories of one of the most graceful and spiritual ladies I have ever known. Ruth Dodd impacted every one she encountered in her very long life; I know I am vastly better for having known her and having been blessed by her beautiful faith.
Ruth was a jewel here on earth and is now a heavenly jewel. She was one of the kindest, loving, and Christian I have known. Everyone she met has been blessed to have known her. Rest in peace with your Lord and Savior. Love to you my friend.
I loved Ruth like a mother. Such a wonderful testament of God’s love, My prayers are with you. Sue
It was an honor to have met Ruth.
May you all be comforted that Ruth lived a wonderful live, blessing many.
Her notes a scriptures calmed my father Ed and brought him pleasure and hope. He shared her scriptures with all that came to see him.
Bless you all.
I pray that God will your hole of emptiness with joyous memoirs and her wisdom.
Ruth and I were tennis buddies for years playing doubles with friends, She was always an inspiration not only as a tennis player, but as a Christian. we nearly always had theological discussions and talks about our churches and sacred music.
She was an excellent musician but most of all she was a good friend to everybody. I never heard her say a bad thing about anybody or anything. Ruth was the personification of love., She will be missed and remembered for her blessings to all who knew her.
Admired and loved her for the last 60 years. She was the greatest sport on the tennis court. Still consider her part of our family. Such a big heart and loving spirit.
Wish I could’ve known Ruth better. Nita, I think you were the ideal daughter in law and set a wonderful example for others.
