Clarence Dennis Bradley passed away on December 5, 2021 at his home in Bells at the age of 90. He was born in Willoughby, Ohio on October 26, 1931 to Katherine & Ernest Bradley. He was the oldest of three children. He honorably served in the U.S. Army, just after the Korean War. He was a tank mechanic and driver for the staff sergeant while stationed in Austria. He met his wife Donelda (Daugherty) in his family strawberry patch when she was 14 years old. They were married after his military service on June 16, 1956 in Rome, Ohio. They were married for 64 years until her death in September 2020. Clarence was a decent, honest, hardworking man, who loved his family and was content with his life. He shared the value of thrift, and he was a self-reliant man, who taught his sons to use the materials on hand to repair automobiles, tractors, etc. He was preceded in death by wife Donelda Bradley; parents, Ernest and Katherine Bradley; sisters, June and husband Harry Durrant, and Ernestine and husband Gordon Emerson. He is survived by his sons, Randolph L Bradley and wife Donna, and Christopher A. Bradley and wife Susan; grandsons, Benjamin Bradley and wife Alison, and Brandin Hill and wife Caitlin; six great grandchildren; and a great niece, Tracy Snyder.

  9. Clarence was one of the nicest men I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He was my favorite – although only – Father-in-Law. He always had a smile and was more than willing to lend a helping hand when needed. His favorite line was always (on a hundred occasions), “I will never understand that boy”, lol. (Some of you will understand!)
