Margaret May Minnick born to Allen and Hazel (Smith) Minnick, she was born at home in Bells on May 7, 1947. She passed away peacefully on September 22, 2022 in the care of loving hands at Overton Health Care in Overton, Texas at the age 75.
Margaret May brought joy into the lives of family in spite of her long-term developmental limitations. She was self-determined with strong preferences; she loved sweet coffee and was a huge music fan. She never met a French fry that she did not like and Dairy Queen fries were the best! Margaret May was a happy, peaceful and loving lady who enjoyed goodbye hugs and kisses.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Allen and Hazel Minnick; aunts and uncles, P.D. and Ruth Moore, Ray and Reba Smith, Kenneth and Mary Harvey, Charles and Edna Benner.
She is survived by her cousins, Brenda Glasscock and husband Ronnie, Jean Teague, Pat Hooks and husband Maxey, Sonny Smith and wife Nancy, Tony Smith and wife Kelly, Sandra Edgar and husband Rick, Wayne Harvey and wife Karla, Rhonda Gray, Anita Jackson and husband Robert, Juanita Wright and J.R. Stevens.
A visitation will be held on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Mullican Little Funeral Home 754 State Hwy 56 E. Bells, Texas 75414. A graveside service will be held Monday, September 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Sunnyside Cemetery in Savoy.

Remember Margaret May when Aunt Hazel would bring her over to mothers (Ruth Moore) house. Margaret was always a happy young girl. Wasn’t anything that Hazel wouldn’t do for her. She truly loved Margaret. I also would go spend the night with Hazel and visit with Margaret a lot growing up. Heaven will be getting a beautiful angel and she will be reunited with her mom & dad. RIP Margaret May ???? ???? ???? ???????? ❤️
