Barbara was born March 28, 1944 in Sherman to parents William and Mary Anne Rader. She was a teacher and Home Health Care Worker. She graduated from Sherman High School in 1962, received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Abilene Christian University in 1966 and Master of Education in 1975 from North Texas State University.
There were no funeral services and arrangements were handled by Mullican-Little Funeral Home in Bells.
