Dennis Lowe passed away peacefully in Savoy, Texas on June 21, 2021 at the age of 66. He was born on November 4, 1954 to Mildred Rose Thomas and Robert Marion Lowe, Jr. in Eureka, California, but he grew up in Alaska.
Dennis was a son of an engineer and inherited that mechanical ability. There was not anything that he could not repair or build. His auto mechanic career took him to several states. He really loved working on old cars. Dennis had a second career as a self-employed “handy man” ranging from minor repairs to new construction. He had a gift of visualizing how things work and how the final product should look. He was a hard-working man who wanted to do the job right. Dennis insisted on serving the customer with promptness, service and quality. He earned a reputation for excellence.
His favorite past time was fishing at Lake Tawakoni, he was nicknamed as “TAWAkoni Lowe”. He was a loyal friend, once he befriended you, he was willing to help whenever asked.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lowe, Jr. and Mildred Lowe; nephew, Robert Lowe.
He is survived by his son, David Marion Lowe of Denton, Texas; mother of his son, Deana Lowe of Greenville, Texas; brother, Douglas Robert Lowe and wife Caren of East Tawakoni, Texas, niece, Michelle Chatman and family; niece, Jessica Lowe and family.
