October 26, 1936 –  July 1, 2015 Peggy Koepsel passed away on July 1, 2015 at her home in Bells. Peggy was born in Springfield, Missouri on October 26, 1936 to parents Clyde Vernon Noyes and Sadie Violet (Gregory) Noyes. She married Norwood Warren Koepsel, Sr. on December 18, 1955 in Junction City, Kansas, and they were married for almost 60 years.
Peggy is survived by her husband, Norwood; daughter Pamela Farrow and her husband Art of Whitewright, Texas; sister, Christine May of Phoenix, Arizona; five grandchildren, A.C. Farrow & Billie, Aaron C. Farrow and Helena, Austin C. Farrow and Valarie, Alexander C. Farrow and Ajha C. Farrow; and three great grandchildren, Sidney Farrow, Nathaniel Farrow, and Jayden Farrow. She was preceded in death by her step father, Albert Lee Noyes and mother Sadie V. Noyes; by her father, Clyde Noyes and his wife Alice; three sons, Norwood “Woody” Koepsel Jr., Matthew Blaine Koepsel, and Randal Koepsel; sister, Connie Irene Poe; two brothers, Albert Lee Noyes Jr, Timothy Roger Noyes.

Peggy worked as a Floral Designer and was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Bonham, Texas.

Peggy’s family will greet friends from 4-5 P.M. on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at the Mullican-Little Funeral Home in Bells. Graveside Services are set for 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 7 at Highland Cemetery in Junction City, Kansas with Reverend Art Farrow officiating
