February 20, 1932 - May 14, 2011 Betty was born the daughter of L.A. and Lillis Clancy Watkins. She attended Whitewright Schools and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Betty was a homemaker while married to William Clancy, Jr. who died in 2003.
