Billie Ramsey Fleming

September 6, 1922 - December 19, 2003 Billie was a retired bronc and bull rider in the the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Assoc. He was a graduate of Bells High School and a member of the Virginia Point United Methodist Church. After his rodeo career he bought and sold horses and cattle.
