Calvin Dewayne Wooten, of Bells, Texas, passed away on June 7, 2024, at the age of 67. He was born on January 19, 1957 to Corine Estelle Baker and Charles Edgar Wooten.  Calvin was a member of the United States Army from 1976-1979.  He was a roadside service technician until his retirement.  After retirement, he loved to fish with his grandchildren and spend time with family and friends. Calvin is survived by his son, Christopher Lee Wooten and wife, Bronica of Sherman, Texas; son, Joseph Mitchell Wooten and wife, Megan of Ft. Worth, Texas; daughter, Jennifer Rae Sanders and husband Jeremy of Aurora, Texas; daughter, Stephanie Renee Wooten and partner, Mark of Bells, Texas; brother, Charles Lewis Wooten and wife, Bonnie of Campbell, Texas; and sister, Karen Estell Bishop and husband, Larry of Princeton, Texas, grandchildren, Emilee, Natalee, Ethan, Colby, Hailey,  Braden, Trinity, Jeremy, Alissa, Dillin, and Raylan. He was preceded in death by his wife, Stacey Wooten; mother, Corine Estelle Baker; father, Charles Edgar Wooten; brother, Ricky Lynn Wooten; and paternal grandmother, Lydia Lewis Wooten. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 3:00 pm at Lannius Church of God, 295 Lannius Road, Dodd City, Texas 75438 Cremation arrangements are with Mullican Little Funeral Home.
