Charles Ray Smith
January 19, 1927 - August 24, 2006 Ray was the owner/operator of Smith Concrete Construction Co. in Bells, TX. He served as past alderman of the Bells City Council for 12 years. He also served on the Bells I.S.D. school board, and as Mayor Pro-Tem of Bells. He coache Little League Baseball and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bells.
