James D. Cline

June 5, 1937 -  July 23, 2006 J.D. retired from Union Pacific Railroad after 25 years of service. Then he served as an apprasier for the First Security Bank in Hugo, OK. He was the co-founder of the Bells Pee Wee Basketball and Football Leagues, a Charter member of the Bells Lions Club, member of the Masonic Lodge, and member of the Hendrix-Kemp Water Board. He was past president of the Bells ISD School Board.
