She was born April 9, 1935 to Martha and Ernest Sims in Collin County, Texas She is survived by her grandchildren; Kevin and Shoni Sims of Austin, Texas, Jesse and Rachel Sims of Denison, Texas, Everett Sims of Sherman, Texas, and Ashley Sims of Sherman, Texas, Her great-grandchildren; Darrien, Kevin Jr., Logan, Ava, Nora, Maggie, and Elliott. A great-great grandchild; Donovan.  One daughter-in-law; Kathy Sims-Schafer. She is preceded in death by her parents Martha and Ernest Sims, her husband Jack, and her siblings Ishmael, George, John, and Wanda. Arrangements are with Mullican-Little Funeral Home, Bells, Texas.
