Mary Belle Harper

January 9, 1924 -  December 9, 2012 Mary Harper Foster was the daughter of Lonnie Washburn and Veta Hogan Washburn. Their families were some of the original residents of the Pink Hill and Bells Communities. Mary Belle attended Pink Hill and Bells schools and was a homemaker. She is survived by her daughters Sharon and Mike Wilhelm, Kathleen and Richard Lohr and Lisa Stubbs, sons Richard Baker and Mike and Evangeline Harper, 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sisters Margaret Carter and Earline Parker, brothers Preston and Paul Washburn.
