Michael William Bachie

Michael W Bachie, a beloved husband, father, Popi and friend, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019. Michael was born January 24, 1950 in Martins Ferry Ohio.
Michael was a proud 20-year veteran of the US Army retiring from Ft. Hood Texas in 1989 and a longtime resident of Copperas Cove Texas since 1985. He was a volunteer for several organizations including elementary schools where his children and grandchildren attended and local homeless shelters. He was a member of Copperas Cove First Baptist Church where he would sing with the worship team.
He is preceded in death by his father Michael David Bachie, mother, Nancy Ellen Cox Bachie, brother John K. Bachie.
He is preparing a way for his wife Nancy P. Bachie, his three children, Kristina L. Bachie-Davis, Candice Stone, Michael Jason Bachie, his four grandchildren and his younger brother, James Bachie.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 2019 at First Baptist Church, Copperas Cove, Texas.

Mike will be dearly missed as he was such a kind and caring soul and friend.He was blessed with a loving family. He called to check up on me since John passed away just to make sure I was ok. I understand his family’s loss, but it’s our Lord’s gain.Blessings and prayers to Nancy and family.Keep Faith
