Opal Mae Caylor
June 19, 1944 ~ August 25, 2021
Opal Mae Caylor passed away peacefully on August 25, 2021 in Sherman at the age of 77. She was born to Aubrey R. and Lillian (Heflin) Page on June 19, 1944 in Whitewright. She was one of five children.
Opal was an active member of Heritage Nazarene Church in Sherman where she was well known and loved. She cherished the fellowship of fellow Christians. She was a caregiver working in various nursing homes, providing compassionate and personal care to residents. She enjoyed games, and was an excellent domino player.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey and Lillian Page; husbands, Billy Mack Mundie and Billy Caylor; brother, Aubrey Eugene Page; grandson, Billy Albert Mundie.
She is survived by her daughter, Patsy Harwell and husband Dwayne of Sanger; grandchildren, Shonda Burciaga and husband Matt in Monahans, Ellen Alexander and husband Dustin of Palmer, and Stephanie Harwell of Arizona; great grandchildren, Keona Burciaga, Nathan Burciaga, Zoey Burciaga, and Chloe Harwell; siblings, Harold Page, Joann Pomara, Mary Ramsey; along with extended family and friends at the church.
Visitation will be held Thursday September 2, 2021 at 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Mullican Little Funeral Home 754 State Hwy 56 E. Bells, Texas 75414. Graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Whitewright, Texas on Friday September 3, 2021 at 1:00 PM.

I will truly miss seeing Ms. Opal at church, but know she’s with our Lord.
Opal was a kind person with a huge heart I have wonderful memories, staying a couple of weeks during the summer with her.
