Richard Henry Kirks, Jr.

April 14, 1944 - June 15, 2007 Richard was a united States Marine who volunteered for four tours of duty to serve his country in Vietnam. He went on to become a police officer in Fort Worth and then in Dallas. He retired from the Dallas Police Dept. in 1992 after successfully serving the department in many capacities. He retired as a detective in the intelligence division.
