Robert (Bob) Noel Tarpley
January 19, 1927 - March 8, 2003 Bob served in the U.S. Navy during WW II and was a member of the First United Church in Bells for over 50 years. He retired from Anderson Clayton Co., now Kraft Foods, in 1989 after 42 years of service.
