Steven "Kelly" Phelan

Steven “Kelly” Phelan was born August 2, 1993 in Carrollton, Texas and passed away November 14, 2021 in Death Valley, California. He is survived by his parents: Jeff and D’Anne Phelan of Whitewright, Texas and his brother Brian of Addison, Texas. Kelly was a kind, caring, intelligent, multi-talented individual with a great sense of humor and many interests. He enjoyed writing, playing music, gourmet cooking, helping others, new experiences, travel, cigars, karaoke, chess, time with family and friends and all aspects of film making. Kelly was always there for someone in need and he touched many peoples’ lives through his rare combination of attributes. Kelly left us with many wonderful memories which will always be cherished.
