Theo Simpson

September 14, 1923 -  August 28, 2007 Theo married G.H. Simpson, Jr. May 16, 1943 at his family home in Frog Knot, Texas. She worked as part of the "Rosie the Riveter" movement during World War II making airplane radios for North American Aviation while G.H. served in the Pacific with the United States Navy. Following the war, they moved to Bells where they were partners with J.T. Thomas in ownership of S & T Grocery in Bells. Later they were sole owner of the grocery, changing the name to Simpson Foods. After retirement, they purchased a ranch located outside Bells. Gheo and G.H. were active members of Bells United Methodist Church while they raised their children, Hunter and Connie.
