Thomas Dwayne Rush

August 30, 1944 -  July 30, 2009 Dwayne Rush was born August 30, 1944 in the Ely Community to L.H. & Adelene Booher Rush. He married Janis Cates on June 12, 1964. He had one daughter, Cassie Anne; sister, Wanda Godwin; and 5 grandchildren: Alexis, Sydney, Reina, Brittny and Izak.Dwayne was a 1962 graduate of Whitewright High School, a Stock Analyst for Fisher Control, served in the US Air Force during the Viet Nam war, was a member of the Viet Nam Veterans Association, the Patriot Guard, and Hebron Baptist Church.
