Thomas Norman Teel, age 73, passed from this earth on September 25, 2022 at his home in Savoy, Texas. Tommy was born October 7, 1948 to John R. and Leona Teel in Savoy.
Tommy had many jobs in his lifetime but his passion was welding. He was a self-employed welder, who built or repaired all types of structures: barns, fences, workshops, arenas, etc. Tommy was an excellent tradesman who could construct projects as requested by his client. He loved being outdoors, working with cattle, and spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by many friends of the Savoy area.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, J.R. and Leona Teel.
He is survived by his sister, Roxie Cook of Ector, Texas; brothers Robert Teel of Arlington, Texas; Billy Teel and wife Betty of Sherman, Doug Teel and with Tina of Savoy, and many nieces and nephews.
Family will be planning a memorial at a later date.
