Charles Henry Jenkins, age 83, of Gun Barrel City, Texas, passed away December 21, 2017. Charles was born September 17, 1934, in Sikeston, Missouri, to Ike and Helen (Van Over) Jenkins.
He is survived by his daughters, Beth Cook and husband, Thomas of Coppell, Texas, Lynda Ross and wife, Susan Neeley of St. George, Utah, Pamela Jenkins of Cedar Hill, Texas, and Charlene Duke of Darrouzett, Texas; mother of his daughters, Myrna Jenkins, also of Darrouzett; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; brother, David Jenkins and wife, Carol of Corsicana, Texas; sisters, Elizabeth Conary and Brenda Baldridge; and numerous other loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and one sister.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at Mullican-Little Funeral Home Chapel in Bells, Texas. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Bells. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
