You truly were an absolute amazing man!! I took such pride in being able to tell everyone that you were my big brother for as long as I can remember! In school you were the smartest person I knew! Football you were the meanest! Powerlifting you were the strongest! I looked up to you always! And as you grew up, me looking up to you didn’t change!! I just found new and exciting things that you were awesome at! From being a husband, to dad, to coach but my favorite was chicken raiser!!! You knew everything there was to know about them!!! You were my own personal chicken whisper!! I am going to miss you so much but I find a tremendous amount of joy and peace knowing you are in heaven! I can hear Jesus telling you “welcome home my good and faithful servant”! I’ve always known how special you are and it warms my heart to see all the people that knew the same thing about you!! You have left an amazing legacy and I’m still so proud to be able to call you my big brother!! I love you Chrissy Dean ? tell Cody that I love and miss him!! I can only imagine the softball game you are getting together!!! I’m rooting for your team…still!!
What a great guy. Dean-O was a great friend and good man. I loved his fire and competitiveness in sports. I have so many good memories of pee wee football, baseball and basketball that included Dean. Your loss was a total shock to me and hit me hard. He will be missed. My prayers are with all of you because I knew what he meant to the family. Let me know if there’s anything I can do.
Our deepest sympathy for all. Dean was a wonderful person and it was a privilege to be his friend.

As I lift the family up in prayer, just know that ,he will be missed by many .Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning.
Dean umpired most of our oldest daughter’s Dixie and high school softball games. She enjoyed him behind the plate because he always explained his calls and complimented her level of play. As a Dixie district director, I appreciated the time he gave to help our youth. He volunteered every year to teach the umpire clinic for our Dixie umpires. He loved to laugh and make us laugh with him. He will truly be missed.
Susan, Jared, Ashleigh, and Justin, We are all thinking about you. You are in our hearts at this time.

The Roberts Family,
So sorry to read about your loss.
Dean umpired baseball games for my sons team and later softball for both of my daughters here in Whitewright. He was fair and mild mannered behind the plate and in the field. We always had the utmost respect for him. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
My thoughts & prayers are with your family. Raymond Lambert & family

To all of Dean’s family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My condolences go out to you all. I pray that the many memories Dean shared with you will bring you comfort. Dean touched many lives through all his doings. The pain of a life cut short can at times feel unbearable. But know that God wants to support you and help you on this journey, let Him.
