Clyde and I were high school classmates at WFSH. May our Lord and Savior bless the King family.
Daddy was, and will always be, the role model for how to live my own life. His loving kindness, his deep caring concern for his neighbor (meaning all of humanity), and his good-natured personality (with a generous helping of wit), were evidence of his true servant’s heart. I will miss you dearly here on this Earth, but I know our souls will meet again in that time and place of no more sorrow, no more pain, and an abundance of joy. You taught me how to believe in something much greater than myself. Thank you for sharing yourself with me, your first-born. I love you always.
Charla,
Mom and I are keeping you tight in our prayers. We love you and are sorry for your loss. Your words speak of him with such love and admiration. He was a special man to have raised such a wonderful woman as you.

All of my memories of Clyde are from my youth. He was 12 years older and a very positive influence and example of what a man should be. He was strong, patient, kind and compassionate. My prayers are with his family and friends. If there is a heaven, and I believe there is, he will be there. Probably repairing anything that gets broken!
Ed when I read what you said about Clyde repairing something, that is what I thought. No pain and I know he is working on something. Thank you for the kind words.
Diusta, we were saddened to hear about Clyde passing away. I know it’s a tough time for you. Knowing he is in a better place is a relief. Prayers for you and your family.
Ed when you said Clyde was probably repairing something, I thought the same thing. I thought he is up there working on something. And I hope he is getting to pet our dogs that have gone before him. Thank you for the kind words.

Clyde was a special guy in high school — lots of fun and very much a gentleman.
My sympathies to his family.

Oh yes, he will, and whistling while he works.
