March 6, 1928 –  November 8, 2014 Sharkey Watson went to meet his Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 8, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 6, 1928 in Bailey, Texas to Everett and Sally Reece Watson. He married Goldia June Duncan on June 17, 1951.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, November 10, 2014 at Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Gary Byrne will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until 2:00PM on Monday at Mullican-Little Funeral Home in Bells/Savoy, Texas.

Sharkey is survived by his wife of 63 years Goldie June Watson, son Wayne Watson and his wife Sherry of Bells, daughter Janice Harris and her husband Ronald of Durant, OK, 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Everett was well known in the Whitewright community where he was known as a pool shark. He always had a smile for everyone. In later years he served the community in the lumber business where he was always willing to help anyone with their needs.

Everett served in the U.S. Army/Air Corp during World War II and was a member of the Church of Christ. Everett was a loving Father and husband and will be sorely missed.
