July 20, 1921 –  May 6, 2015 Marie Johnson, age 93, of Ector, Texas, passed into God’s hands on May 6, 2015. She was born on July 20, 1921, in Collin County; the daughter of Archie and Etta Bellows. She married JB Johnson on June 7, 1941. Marie was a member of the Ector Church of Christ. She worked many years at Bonham Manufacturing Sewing Factory and Savoy Nursing Home. She was a dedicated Wife, loving Mother, Grandmother, Great and Great Great Grandmother. Marie was devoted to her family of five generations and loved attending any and all activities that her family was involved in. She was a wonderful example of Faith, Hope and Kindness. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, JB Johnson, daughter Etta Johnson Patterson and 11 siblings. She is survived by son Jimmy Johnson and wife Carolyn; Son-In-Law Pete Patterson; Grandchildren: Renae Sims, and husband Bob, Wynetta Whitlock, Terry Johnson and wife Verna, Scott Johnson and wife Debbie, Mignon Plyler and husband David, Mike Patterson and wife Teresa; Great Grand Children: to whom she was “Old Nanny”: Chad Hamner and wife Shannon, Bryan Sims and wife Lindsy, Laci Bateman and husband James, Amanda Sanford and husband Chase, Ashley Adams and husband Tim, Heather, Nathan, Cozelynn, Montana and JB Johnson, Taylor Grambort, Kory, Katie and Meggan Plyler, Adam and Lexi Patterson. Great Great Grandchrildren: Jacob, Caden and Lucas Hamner, Colton Bateman, Alexa and Mallory Sims, Gibson Sanford, Grayson, Savanah and Emma Adams. The Family will receive friends Thursday, May 7, from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Mullican-Little Funeral Home, Savoy, Texas. Services will be Friday, May 8, 10:00am at Mullican-Little Funeral Home.
