Much love to the Miller family! Gary absolutely blessed our family!
Thanks! We are so blessed to have the Gonzales Family in our lives! Thanks for being there for all of us!
Gary was a great man and an awesome best friend; I’ll miss all the good conversations, jokes, & funny stories.
Won’t be the same without Gary….
I agree, it just won’t be the same…but he showed us how to be strong as he fought his last battle against C. I’m sure he’s already told Jesus a joke! Thanks for being his best friend!
I will miss you! So many good memories.
I know you will!
♥️ To all
Thanks!
So many good memories and laughs. Thoughts and prayers to Joanne and family.
Love
June and Bill
Thanks for those memories!
What a great man and servant of Christ. Our prayers and condolences to the Miller family .
You are on our thoughts and prayers.
Thanks dear friends! Those were the days! Great memories of the whole crew!
Mr. Miller was a great man and definitely someone to look up to. It is an honor to call both Patrick and Michael Miller good friends of mine, with that Mr. Miller has a part in my childhood. We had some great memories around the Miller house playing basketball.
Thank you sir
Thanks Bryan! It’s always been good to run into you over the years. Those basketball days were great and we were y’all’s avid fans!
Thoughts and prayers for your family through this rough time. Keep the memories forever until you all meet again!
JoAnn- we cherish our friendship with you and Gary! He leaves us with wonderful memories and funny stories we will carry with us always. God bless you and give you comfort during this time. If there is anything we can do just reach out.
It only seems appropriate that our last dinner out was at Pink Hill’s meeting. Gary thoroughly enjoyed the purpose and friendship from being on the board. Thanks for all your help with the ranch. Gary admired the work you do and liked “checking in” with you.
We are thankful to have known him! Prayers for continued peace and comfort for Joanne, the boys and their families.

Thank you! Joanne
Even though, we personally did not know Gary, we know he raised a great son, Patrick. Deepest Sympathy to the Miller families. You are in our thoughts & prayers. Peace, Love, & Hope, Angi & Gary Schneider
Although we only knew Gary for a short time, We will Miss him coming to the Tire Shop here in Bells. Our Condolences to the Miller Family. Bill & Jeannine { whom he affectionately called Mrs. Bill} Jenkins.
Thanks! Gary always liked supporting local businesses.
Gary will be missed due to his wonderful sense of humor.
Thanks. God indeed blessed him with a pleasant personality. Now he is experiencing the ultimate joy!
We miss you more than words can express .
Thanks sweet sister and Ted!
Away had a smile and always put you in a good mood will miss him!!
Thanks Chris! He indeed kept ya cheered up!
Joanne, My deepest and profound sympathy. Gary was such a good guy. I know, without a doubt, you and I will see him again some day. For now he is resting easy to Jesus. Prayers for you and the boys that God will comfort you and bring you peace as you walk this very difficult path.
Thanks Barbara and Jerry,
Those were the days, huh? You are right, the eternal future with our Lord will be the best! I am so blessed with a close family and I know we’ll adjust together.
We hate to hear this….Gary was such a neat person and had such a good attitude. He knew the outcome and was at peace with it. He will be missed and that’s a good thing to know.
Thanks! He will indeed be missed. He created a great place out here that we will continue to enjoy as we adjust to the “new normal.” We enjoyed our “wine” friends.
Joanne and Family…..We just learned of Gary’s passing. We send our prayers of love and sympathy to all. We lift you up to the Lord for strength and His comfort. – Randy and Carolyn Reddell
Thanks Randy. Your words of comfort are appreciated. We had ten wonderful retirement years. We hope yours are just as great!
Joann, we are saddened to hear about Gary. We are praying for you and hope you are feeling God’s comfort at this difficult time.
Thanks for your prayers. It was good for Gary to be able to go to the Pink Hill evening and for us to reconnect with y’all. God indeed comforts.
We just read about the passing of Gary. I graduated in 1964 from QHS and my wife, Chris Bennett, graduated with Gary in 1966. Gary was a great guy that everyone in school loved. Quinlan High was very small as most of you know and everyone knew everyone.
For some reason, not sure why, the guys called Gary “Apple”. He didn’t seem to mind. He had a great sense of humor. In our adult lives we didn’t get to talk to Gary or his family much, but we were heart broken to read this sad news. Our deepest sympathies to the Gary Miller family. May GOD be with you all!
Thank you so much for your kind words. Gary had great memories of Quinlan and especially QHS. He was proud to graduate in a small class and often spoke of the fun y’all had. He especially told stories of basketball and FFA.
He recognized how importantly Mr Head, Mr Ford, Mr Cobb, and Bobby Aldridge influenced him. I heard a lot of stories of Wayne, Bill, Lloyd, Joy, and so many others. It was good to meet y’all at several reunions. He also appreciated a home ec teacher who taught the boys Etiquette from Emily Post, so as we traveled the world he felt comfortable in every situation.
Gary was the love of my life for 50 years and was like his parents, the best family man! He kept us entertained with his fantastic sense of humor!
Gary built our Cedar Hill Ranch and raised horses in retirement. Never a dull moment with my amazing man!
Gary fought cancer with the motto “strong like bull!” His determination gave us one more year to treasure.
After Gary’s parents passed, we seldom made it back to Quinlan. Thank you for being his friend! We’ll see him again as we all celebrate Jesus in Heaven! Joanne
PS our Facebook is under Joanne Hall Miller. Lots of pictures of Gary there.
So very sorry to hear this. I grew up with Gary and went all through 12 years of school with him.
He was always such a sweet and loving person. He will be truly missed.
Love and prayers to his family.
Thanks Cynthia. You have a sister named Joanna, right? Gary spoke fondly of y’all. He treasured many good Quinlan memories. He had a happy and full life and continues now eternally. Joanne & Family
I also went to school with Gary. Great person! I’m only sorry I wasn’t around the area to keep in touch. He is as awesome as the comments say and more. I am happy he had such a good family. He gave me a cross when he left for military. He was always a good friend. I have no doubt where he is and hope to see him again. Sorry for your loss. May God Bless.
Thank you for your service. Gary will be missed by all his Quinlan Alumni. Rest in Peace.
