Larkin William “Bill” Hudson 70 passed away on September 30, 2017 at his home in Bells, Texas after a short battle with cancer. Bill was a man of strong faith and is now in the presence of this Lord and Savior. His love of God, family and friends always came first. Bill was a member of Hebron Baptist Church in Bells, Texas. Born on December 10, 1946 in Heber Springs, Arkansas to parents William L. Hudson and Deloris Kever Hudson. Bill attended school in Monticello, Arkansas. He was in the United States Army, proudly serving a tour of duty in the Vietnam War. He was later employed by Fisher Control/Emerson in McKinney Texas for 35 years. Bill truly cherished the friendships he made during this time. Bill loved being outdoors spending time fishing at different lakes. He enjoyed many fishing trips with his brother and sister. He also enjoyed watching his grandchildren participate in their many events.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife Sandy, brother Mike Hudson and wife Sherry of Durant, OK, sister Barbara Hankins of Wills Point, TX, children Brian and Sammi Hicks, Shane and Leigh Hicks, Lacey and Justin Wilson and Casey and Mindy Hicks, grandchildren Rylee, Landri, and Macy Hicks, Katie and Jacob Hicks, Reese, Ryder and Cash Wilson and Ellie and Casen Hicks.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his precious son Earl that he cherished dearly.
Services will be held at Mullican-Little Funeral Chapel on Tuesday October 3, 2017 at 2:00PM. Reverend Houston Garner will officiate. Burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery. Military honors will be held at the cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers for Bill will be Mike Prock, Boyd Garner, Brian Hicks, Shane Hicks, Casey Hicks and Justin Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be Roland Driggers, Bill Frosch and Gene Nelson.

I was years later finding out that Bill passed away. If I had known I would have paid my respects to him by attending his service. May he Rest In Peace and my prayers go out to his family and friends.
