August 1, 1926 –  October 28, 2011 Laura went home to be with her Lord and Savior and to be reunited with the love of her life for over 60 years, Dub Rhudy who passed away December 8, 2008. Laura was a long time faithful member of New Zion Baptist Church and was a sales representative for Avon for many years. She graduated from Savoy High School in 1942 and married Dub January 29, 1949.
