On Monday evening September 24th 2018, Sharolet “Tomi” Arnold-Neal, beloved mother, wife, grandmother, daughter, and daughter in law, passed away in her home at the age of 49.

Sharolet was born on November 21, 1968 in Sherman, TX to John Frank Arnold and Sherrie Jones-Teel. She had received her Drug and alcohol counseling degree from Texas A&M in Commerce. She was engaged to Bruce Scovern for several years and entered the relationship with 4 children, Stephani Batchelor, Shaina Batchelor, Nathan Neal, and Joshua Neal, while gaining 1 more, Brittany Scovern.

Sharolet was loved by many and was always the first to throw incredible and memorable parties. She also loved to gamble at Choctaw and adored her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and siblings. She was always extremely family oriented and was an exceptional worker. She had many passions and collected carousels and porcelain dolls, before finally learning how to make them herself.

Sharolet is survived by her father, John Frank Arnold and wife Bobbie; her children, Stephani, Shaina Batchelor and Brittany Scovern, and Joshua and Nathan Neal; her fiancé, Bruce Scovern; granddaughters, Alexis Skaggs, Zoey Patterson and Austin Grider; sister Chuquieta Arnold; brothers, Lloyd Stephens and wife Destiny and Brandon Eeds and wife Barbara; multiple nieces and nephews and a host of extended family.

Sharolet was proceeded in death by her mother, Sharrie Jones-Teel and brother, Johnny Jason Arnold.

The family will receive friends during a visitation on Monday, October 1, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Mullican Little Funeral Home in Bells, Texas. A funeral service will be held at Hebron Baptist Church in Bells on Tuesday, October 2 at 11am, burial will follow at Hebron Cemetery.
