I will miss and always remember my Sunday School teacher and father of my good friend.
Vicky & Mike-so sorry for your loss.
He was one of the best!
We were sad to hear of the passing of Harry. He was a kind and friendly man. Sending our sincere condolences to the family.
So sorry for your loss prayers for y’all and God Bless!
Sorry for your loss. Your families have always been a big part of the Savoy community. Mr. Bomar always had a smile and cared about everyone he knew and met.
He was a great person and always made me smile. So sorry for you all.
Our sons (Cameron and Micah) had the pleasure of getting to know Mr. Bomar and visit with him during the past few years. They had the utmost respect for him and enjoyed talking with him and hearing of his experiences during the war. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.
Sincerely, Jeff and Jenny (Thomas) Allen
Our love and prayers are with you!

I truly enjoyed all my visits with Harry during his stay at Wesley Village. He had great stories!! I still have a package of sewing needles in my wallet because occasionally he would need to borrow one.
Harry (H.F.) Bomar, was a great individual, army veteran, Christian, family man, humorous, husband, father, honourable person.
We’re thankful to have known him! He will be missed, by all who knew him!
I am so sorry for your loss Vicky and Michael, prayers for you and your families.
I am so sadden to hear of Harry’s passing. He was such a wonderful and caring man who touched the lives of so many. I had the privilege of having lunch with Harry one day at the Granny’s Pink Rose Cafe in Savoy. He told such amazing stories about his life that he had me laughing one minute and on the verge of tears the next. I think all would agree that he lived a good life.
Vicky, Michael and family I pray that the memories made during the lifetime of your Daddy will sustain you and bring you comfort and peace in these days following his passing. Let not your heart be sad that he is gone, but rather rejoice in the fact that he was here with you for 95 years.
Michael: I was sorry to learn of your father passing. I have many fond memories growing up in Savoy and spending time at your parent’s home. Both of them were fun to be around and always made me and the other guys feel welcome.
Your dad was a special man and I value the life that he served for others.
God bless you at the difficult time.
So very sorry for your loss. Harry was truly a good friend that will definitely be missed. Never a loss for words we could talk for hours. One of my fondest memories was Harry kept score at all the Savoy Basketball games. He was always there. RIP my friend.?? Eddie
Harry was such a special man and always brought joy to those around him. Our deepest sympathy to your family during this difficult time.
