February 16, 1939 –  July 10, 2012 Mr. Winfred Leon Barron, 73 year old Lewisville resident, died at his home on Tuesday, July 10, 2012. Mr. Barron was born February 16, 1939 in Hopewell, Oklahoma to parents, Emory Earl Barron & Ethel Zadie (Dilbeck) Barron. He married Betty McConnell on March 16, 1959. Winfred was a graduate of Savoy High School and was a retired owner & operator of his Air Conditioning Business.
Graveside Services for Mr. Barron will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 13, 2012 at Sunnyside Cemetery in Savoy. The service will be conducted by his family.

Winfred is survived by his wife, Betty of Lewisville; son, James Barron of Pilot Point; two brothers, Truman and Dalton Barron, both of Savoy; three sisters, Ophelia “Sugar” Thomas of Durant, Margaret Monroe of Mesquite, and Patsy Hutchins of Savoy.
